A few years ago, I tried to order flowers on 1-800 flowers and the day they were supposed to be delivered, they canceled my order. In a panic, I called Pearson's, and they were able to deliver that day to her office down the street. Every year since then, I call last minute to have flowers delivered and they are always so polite and accommodating.
